Booking: Some of our tours can be booked and paid online with the Book now button on the tour page. For all other trips, including our packaged holidays and custom itineraries, email us at info@vivaafricatours.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a quote.

Deposit: To book, you pay a non-refundable deposit: 30% of the tour price for camping trips, or 50% for lodge trips.

Your details: Once we've received your deposit, please send us your full name as in your passport, date of birth, nationality and passport details, any dietary requirements and, for Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru treks, any pre-existing medical conditions. We'll then confirm your booking by email.

Balance: The remaining balance (70% for camping trips, 50% for lodge trips) is paid in cash on arrival. If you can't pay in cash, you can pay by card with a 5% transaction fee. We recommend bringing US dollars, as ATMs in Moshi have a daily withdrawal limit of about 1,000,000 TZS (less than 400 USD).

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Payments already made are non-refundable, including any bank charges. Travel insurance is compulsory for all our trips, and we recommend a policy that also covers cancellation. If we have to cancel your tour, you can choose another departure date or a full refund.

Changes: You can switch to a different tour up to 56 days before departure for a fee of 100 USD per person. No changes are possible within 7 days of departure.
